STL Training Limited was established by Junior McLeish in July 2002. Having 20 years of experience in the legal profession  as a paralegal, he recognised that there is a lack of practical training and experience being offered to those who wished to  enter the legal profession as a paralegal and hence the problems they faced finding work in this area.

STL believes in offering an end-to-end service, by firstly training students in legal procedure and practices using both  theoretical and practical methods. Secondly, successful students may be offered a place on our books as a freelance  self- employed paralegal by our Employment Agency.

Within the legal profession, having the necessary practical experience is vital. Once you have joined the Employment Agency,  you will be able to work with different firms of solicitors and barristers. This may greatly improve your chances of receiving a  training contract or pupilage.
